Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

For apparel items, products are made to order and printed after purchase through our fulfilment partner.

For handmade items, products are carefully prepared and shipped directly by ROVE Collective.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Australia

  • Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days

International

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, postal delays, or peak seasons.


Print-on-Demand Apparel

Some items are produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner once an order is placed.

Because these items are made to order, please allow additional processing time before shipment.

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.


Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

ROVE Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
